Saying George "Dubya" Bush has no balls has nothing to do with blaming American for anything. It's a recognition that the actions and attitude of this small arrogant man have diminished America's greatness. It's a recognition that he shrank from his military duty when he was in the National Guard, while he has no qualms about sending good servicemen and women off to die in a war that he started. I don't blame American I blame BUSH. Thankfully, while he IS an American, he is NOT - I repeat NOT America.
