MLS being involved

Kirkland, WA

#1 Apr 30, 2013
Most of the MLS teams have supporter groups who routinely support local causes. I know that our Sounders players are often involved in charity appearances, etc. Our largest supporter group, Emerald City Supporters, raised thousands last year at the only fundraiser I attended. It was for Special Olympics (I can only attend if the venue is accessible without a car. I'm not fully aware of what all the other teams and fans do but I know that the League encourages community involvement by the players and often the supporters will join them.
