Relatives and loved ones of mine have died from tobacco-related illnesses; I cannot understand why mass killers such as tobacco, alcohol and guns continue to be accepted in this society, and I applaud the efforts of anyone trying to fight their devastating destructive power. It is regrettable that this man has succumbed to what might be seen as weakness; it's all too common in this society, but that does not make it right.

Yup because tobacco, alcohol and guns just sneak into peoples houses and kill them when they're not looking.
People need to start taking responsibility for their own actions and live or die with the consequences.

im sorry to hear about your relatives but
tobacco, alcohol and guns are not mass killers, its the people who have them who are the mass killers.
nobody is forced to smoke a cigarette or hold a gun or drink alcohol. people need to take responsiblity for their own actions, quit placing blame.
as far as dickie scruggs. he has done some good things for our community, but he has to pay for his mistakes just like everybody else should.
it about time we have a decent judge who doesnt care who somebody is, but cares about what wrong they did.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Scorpio

The thought of the sales is almost too good to resist today, and you'll jump at the chance to see what's on offer. Even better if you can snap up some bargains at the same time. It's certainly a good day for investing your money carefully, but make sure you aren't more seduced by the reduction in the cost of something than in the item itself. Are you certain that you want to buy it?
