You get the politicians you vote for Pennsylvania.
Not that I'm anything near genius but I didn't vote for either of these illegal alien loving, overspending idiots. Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in hoping to prevent these jerks from ever getting re-elected.

You're probably right so why not lets get rid of his corrupt a** as well.In fact, all incumbants who haven't

done anything to really distinguish themselves as a representative of Americans should all be voted out. I'm not so sure that being a seasoned and experienced representative is what is good for this country. Maybe it's better to get them out before they turn bad and start operating in their own interest instead of ours.

Craig isn't getting sympathy from anyone: His senate colleagues are practically pushing him out the door, and supporters of gay-rights seem to be howling with delight at his exposed hypocrisy. In actuality, I think the gay community should come to Craigs defense, or at least be wary of laws that allow foot-taps in a restroom to become an arrest. What if the Senator just needed some TP?

I think this is another good example of Specter's independence from the party line, and willingness to speak his mind- even in the midst of bipartisan hysteria.

"This forum seems to attract quite a number of small-minded, xenophobic, and idiotic people."

Largely yes. New at following politics, I’m not surprised anymore at where we are, viewing “quality” voter “input” into any number of “issues”. Pitiful. Didn’t realize there was this much hate in the US.

I used to think the correct politicians might correct this rift in somewhat short order, don’t think so anymore. I would think the US is heading for some pretty hard times, if this continues.

With regard to this article (which never did state who the heat was coming from exactly) it would seem Senator Specter offered knowledge about a subject he was very familiar with. I don’t see “support”, a conspiracy, or anything other than the obvious......
