I am just laughing at them. They didn't get away with it. Stick it to them. I hope other states take them for a ride too!

State Farm sucks. They use inferior car parts for repairs in automobiles and their CRC companies suck. If you work there, you have to think, live, breathe, eat and sleep State Farm. If you take breaks you have to read only State Farm material. You are forced to post out to other positions when you dont want to because you enjoy the department you are in. You always have to hand in proposals of your future goals with State Farm. I was there for 19 months and it is everything that they say. AND LESS. I hope they go underand the first to hit the skids is the customer response centers.

You are entitled to your opinion, but not one of your comments is true - anyone that has worked at State Farm would totally disagree with you.

Maybe you should get a job there. Then to keep it you will have to stick your nose so far up their ass that the brown will never come off.(I am of course referring to the customer response center.)I was there 2 and one half years. It is all true. I have a book filled with names of employees that left. But keep dreaming.

How do you know I don't work there now?

And if you really worked in the customer response center, you would call it the CRC. Gee - how do I know that too?
