It looks to me like the barrel of that shotgun
has been sawed off. Isn't that against the law?
And isn't that law an infringement of the 2nd

What a simpleton you are.
Even if everyone there had been carry two weapons,
the shooter still could have killed a bunch of people
before they could even begin to react.
Case in point: a cafe in Washington state where
four fully-armed and trained police officers were having
breakfast, in walks one Maurice Clemmons--recently turned
loose by Republican governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas,
who guns down all four before they can so much
as unsnap their sidearms.
The element of surprise outweighs being armed and trained.
