I do not know the specifics of this case, but it looks really suspicious that now after he lost the election there is no push to retry him. I guess the Dems/Libs are happy he is out of office. If he is guilty retry him, if all you want is him out of Office and replaced by a Democrat then you got exactly what you wanted. If this whole thing does not look suspicious to you, you are a Liberal or Democrat. We are stil;l waiting to see what happens to William Jefferson and his 90,000.00 dollars cash in his freezer. It is taking forever to try him. Maybe they are waiting till after he gets re-elected then they will try him.
