I can only hope that the former prosecutorial team from the Justice Department AND FBI agents who cooperated in withholding and fabricating evidence are put on trial and, if found guilty, given substantial prison terms. If no one is held accountable for these breaches of trust, we all suffer.

I am proud that Holder had the cajones to stand up and do what is right, even for a Senator from the other party. Maybe he was known for being a favor seeker, but working to convict someone on bad evidence is always wrong. Let's hope this kind of integrity is now the norm in federal government. I am hopeful.

The prosecutors were Wrong to do this, however, bulk of evidence shows that had the Prosecutors followed proper procedure, Stevens would still have been convicted. It's too bad we had criminals on both sides of the case.
