The shooter again got the weapons from his parents, who had guns "to keep everyone safe."

I hope the parents of the dead kids in all these school shootings are suing the parents/guardians whose guns were not secured and so wound up killing scores of young people.

Those explosive device are flatly illegal, cretin. The guns are not. Is your stupid post your argument that guns also should be illegal? Is your stupid post a claim that the explosive devices, not the gun(s), caused the ten deaths?

Where he and these other shooters got their guns is telling. From their mommies and daddies who gun kook had the guns to "keep everyone safe."

I'm relieved that you have no access to any type of gun, knife or weapon since they keep you locked in a padded cell.

But you're stupid beyond description because you oppose universal background checks, which means that _anyone_ can easily obtain a firearm without having to worry about their mental health status being taken into account for purposes of the gun purchase. Or their adjudicated criminal status....

...but, you can not obtain a weapon because you are a nut case, which is good for the rest of society. Anyone like you should be banned for life of ever owning not only a firearm but any pointy object be it a knife, scissors, pencil, pen or even the point on your head.

In December a girl was visiting her friend and an "unloaded" gin was left on the kitchen table. The boy "accidentally" shot and killed the girl. Both of them were 14. The teenager and his parents were both charged. This is one good gun law that Texas has....if a parent leaves a weapon in access to a child and they get it and kill themselves or somebody else...the parents are charged. This shooter's parents should be charged with accessories to the murder of 10 innocent people.

Any nutcase or any criminal can easily obtain a gun thanks to policies you advocate to block universal background checks.

See, you moron, you don't get to pursue such stupid polices and then utter a complaint when _any_ nutcase or _any_ criminal does easily obtain a gun. I realize this is far, far too complex for you to understand.

These school shooters, however, tend to get their guns from their moron parents who are too stupid to secure the family's "self protection" firearms.

We must note, that the "gun control" tyrants are demonstrably irrational. They were silent for a time because the weapons used by the nutcase were a shotgun and a revolver instead of the usual "gun control" totally erroneous distortion of a "military" weapon. Their irrationality couldn't figure out how to digest the reality of that. However, now they surface with trying to blame the gun safety ability of parents. The reality is that a young person intent on performing such monstrous acts will find a way to access guns no matter any attempts to keep them out of their hands. The problem with the Leftist control freak mind is they have seemingly lost the ability to understand, or perform discipline and can not understand how the discipline they disparage at every turn can indeed be of more influence on keeping a young person from going crazy. Liberal, Leftist big mouths have spent decades depriving parents and schools from the ability to discipline. They have enabled children to oppose their parents and any form of discipline. Thus, Liberals and Leftists have destroyed common decency, wisdom and common sense amongst a couple generations... the root cause of this upsurge in insanity and genetic dysfunction.

"Spare the rod and spoil the child" is the actual intent of the dark, ungodly Marxist nonsense these weakling and cowardly Liberals and Leftists have wrought on America. It is no surprise the stated "belief" system of this shooter maniac was atheist.

But you make it sound like a much more arduous process than it is for these high schoolers to get weapons...because their gun kook parents just leave easy access to the family guns. See Cletus, when something it easy it happens in more cases. When something is more difficult - like if the parents didn't just leave the weapons around for their kids to take to school - it happens less.

Also, the bulk of gun deaths each year in the US are from gun owners' own actions in their own homes. You know, with the guns that are supposed "to keep everyone safe."

Background check would not of stopped this shooting from happening , need to arm the teachers , 1 of victims was a teacher to bad she wasn't trained and armed w s weapon

You don't know any of what you posted. You assume.

In a well disciplined home, which teaches Bible principles, a parent could leave a loaded weapon on the coffee table and the children wouldn't touch it. You "progressive" freaks are so out of touch with what counts and what is wisdom, you actually indoctrinate young people to be undisciplined, atheist and often insane... just like this latest murdering freak.

Wouldn't touch it except in self defense, or defending their homes.

You stupid, weakling, cowardly Marxist atheists are too lame to even know how to teach and nurture a child. Not until your multifaceted nonsense has flourished have we had these increased problems.

Hey cretin, whether universal background checks would have stopped any one shooting or mass shooting or school shooting does not mean universal background checks would not reduce the wash of guns and help keep them out of the hands of those who should not have them.

The other idiot white supremacist was posting how he hopes a "nutcase" can't obtain a gun. I am pointing out that thanks to the stupid, anti rational right wing always blocking universal background checks that _any_ kookkk or criminal can _easily_ obtain a gun.

I realize this is way, way, way beyond your capacity to reason.

As for this and other school shootings we _know_ that the shooters got their guns in the vast majority of the cases from their parents guns...which were not secured. That is also a problem of stupid gun owners. That universal background checks won't fix stupid gun owners is, again, not an argument against universal background checks. It is an argument to find out what is mentally defective about these gun owning parents.

You're stupid, wrong and ignorant.

There are lots of laws we could have which would force idiot gun owner parents to secure their guns...or to be prosecuted criminally when their gun nut kids take the gun nut parents' guns somewhere to kill a bunch of people.

That would make an incentive for idiot gun owners to be more responsible. That would reduce the numbers of these incidents caused by the irresponsibility of gun nut parents. It would not eliminate such episodes of stupidity. No law is 100% effective. The idea is harm reduction, you mind numbingly stupid cretin.
