You may from time to time have a friend that presents himself as a burden...
If we were to remove all our friends who in the past have presented themselves as burdens...
We would be friendless

BUCK YOU Farrack.
Why doesn't Time magazine have a "Traitor of the Year"
award?

There are plenty of congressional Republicans who
would be in the running.

I wholeheartedly agree with your analogy.

Israel is however, a country propped up by this country - and would not in fact be a country without America's financial and military support.

May be true but...true can some times be irrelevant.
If we were to withdraw all support an ugly war would be inevitable.
Don't forget Israel has WMD and no inclination to go down easy
So we forgive a friend, which keeps him in line enough to prevent a war and we eat the cost
lesser or two evils easily

Since time mag turned into an uber leftist rag that's hanging on by a thread financially anyone they picked as a "traitor of the year" would make one wonder if they're talking about anti-communists or such as traitors. Yeah there are some congressional repubs who would be traitors in the traditional sense of being a traitor but then there also would be a whole sh!tload of congressional socialist demoRats who would be traitors in the traditional sense of being a traitor. What filth. Gary, gary, gary, always giving an unbiased opinion, yeah?

Are you saying the Pope is from a Jewish family. Not that it would be surprising from that part of Italy. But what is the evidence?

From your perspective, you are correct.

A shame we in fact supplied the nuclear technology to them - as well as Iran and Iraq as well.

People tend to forget how many countries we've propped up, equipped, and now are considered threats.

That much bloodshead would not be justified.
Agreed... chose your friends carefully because you are stuck with them...and that applies to "independent" operators...back in Reagans Presidency the nearly dead Soviet Union was such a "threat" we armed some unpleasant people over there in Afganistan...That turned out rather poor

President Obama, NSA leaker Edward Snowden, Syria President Bashar Assad, Iran President Hassan Rouhani, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, gay rights activist Edith Windsor and Miley Cyrus....

Person of the Year ? isn't ? what it used to be.

Technically, I suppose that they are all people - with a pulse - so, they are persons. They were around for a year. So, they qualify for Person of the Year. How this beats out throwing darts at random pages of the phone book, I'm not quite sure. One must wonder if any member of the select committee had to submit to random drug testing. Maybe, next time, they should all pee in a cup and wait for the results,- before - they can vote.

This is kind of like being the world's tallest midget.
At some point, you are just plain short.

Congrats Frankie... enjoy your cover.
