I hope that these new companies that are ready to rush into Kansas are going to produce products or services that can be sold outside of the state and, indeed, of the US because not many folks that I know can afford to buy anything much more than absolute necessities anymore. What we need is a jobs plan that involves road building and repair, rail upkeep, and manufacturing. Not some company that wants to peddle more Chinese goods or vacation cruises.

240 million dollar deficit in 2 years. And more rich with no tax liability. Good for them. Hopefully some of those minimum wage jobs can keep some people off welfare.
