Happily, the electoral magic that show's a 50-50 tie means Romney loses big time because the wasteland states are 75-25 in his favor. How the big storm will affect the election is anyone's guess, but since it's brunt is in Democratic areas in the main, you might end up with a huge popular vote lead for Romney, and an electoral college landslide for Obama.

Kansas has never been in play, and whether Romney wins with 51% of the vote or 91% makes absolutely no difference.
