Presumably as a way to address the allegations of a refrigerator full of body parts, the statement read,“As is the case in other U.S. hospitals, we are required by Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) to have an arrangement with an organ procurement organization to harvest organs donated by individuals desiring to do so. Our contracted organization is MORA, Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency. MORA harvests the organs and takes them immediately for transplantation to other hospitals. NMMC does not receive payment for these organs.”

So why did the hospital want him to sign a paper saying he would not talk about what he saw? What did they have to hide that they fired him and paid 10K after being brought to court?

http://tinypic.com/view.php... Napolitano called South Carolina Rep. Jeff Duncan’s question “so full of misstatements and misapprehension that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”
