Um, Dianne. Ever hear of the Lautenberg Amendment? Apparently not.

Any person convicted of a misdemeanor domestic violence offense may not purchase or possess a firearm or ammunition. This extends to military personnel and police officers. In Commiefornia that's PC 243 (E)1.

The reason she doesn't remember the amendment is she voted against it. Everytime this person opens her mouth she shows her ignorance of the laws she is supposed to be aware of.

Wrong Lautenberg Amendment. Check Lautenberg Amendment to the 1968 Gun Control Act.

feinstein sits in her glass house protected from the real world!she doesent have a clue as to why someone would need a concealed weapon permit?if she would go out in her illegal loving state by herself she might change her mind?shes a drain on people but then look at what elected her?

Men don't need a gun to kill or beat their wives.

A man who would beat or kill a woman won't obey antigun laws anyway.

Laws that allow police to seize a man's gun or property for domestic violence will only make the man more angry, angry enough to beat her to death.

Josh Powell murdered his two kids after the Court and police had them taken from him.

They need to put the POSs in jail for a very long time.
