Medical Insurance companies make a profit in the odds that more people are healthy than sick at any one time and for a longer period of time. If and when The United States Supreme Court O.K.s manditory healthcare this could secure Medicare and Social Security.

Currently the only people who qualify for Social Security Medicare are people who are elderly and the disabled. These consumers are the most like to need medical attention at any one time. This is not a good business plan. If every person was required to purchase Medicare not only would they be insured for medical attention if they became sick they would be insuring that Medicare would not sink the Social Security program for themselves and future generations.

The fact that this health bill that Obama spent 3 years on and had to be put before the Supreme Court for its validity proves it is against our freedom and is UNCONSTITUTIONAL

This Bill should of been put for a vote by the people. Not jammed down peoples throat
This is a dictatorship in the making

This isn't a direct democracy, it's a representative republic. If you didn't want this healthcare reform, then you should have voted for a Congressman & President who opposed it. The majority of Americans elected the Congress & President; that's called majority rule.

You obviously have not kept up with obamas economy and job plans for the US youth. Kids 20+ years old graduating from college and all that's out there are service jobs making min wage or barely more. All of obammy green jobs from his fed backed green companies are bankrupt and the jobs are gone, the taxpayers billions are gone just like the GM money. obamas staffmember immelt of GE sending his medical imaging mfg to china and his company paying no taxes on his 10billion profit. You have to have just come from another planet to not see the things laid out that others see. The koolaid has made you blind and hopefully you don't keep drinking it or you may end up with jim-jones style koolaid before you know it.

For the person who called me clueless.

Under 'Obama Care' if a tax payer does not get their own health insurance the IRS will fine that person. If that person is 'fined' that money could go towards medical insurance for that tax payer through an already a government healthcare program that already exists. As a matter of fact, anyone should be able to purchase Medicare as their medical provider being that the government is requiring tax payers to purchase medical insurance.

People think the government should not act like a business. When someone goes to the doctor that doctor is providing a service and is paid for that service. That my friends is a business transaction.

If you're stupid enough waste money on a college degree with no prospect of employment (i.e. art major, victorian poetry, dance interpretation, rochambeau, etc) then you deserve to work for minimum wage.

That said, no one can force you to take a minimum wage job.

Dude, nobody ever wanted CommieCare. It's a hostile government takeover of our healthcare and the main reason Oblahblah will lose in November. His legacy will be the dumbass who tried to force feed Commie healthcare upon America and FAILED MISERABLY.

aahahahah, buhbye CommieCare, buhbye Odummy!!

Yet another moronic prediction from the resident moron. Care to make another?

You have no idea how this case will turn out, anymore than you know how the election will turn out.

Gee, let me guess, the anti-Obamas will predict he's going to lose this case and lose the election. And the pro-Obamas will predict he will win this case and win the election.

Wow, I must be psychic!

Now make yet another moronic prediction based solely on your partisanship.
