Absolutely true. Taxing the poor, and the middle class to support the rich. This is what things like TARP do and did. Time to get rid of politicians like Orrin Hatch that have been in DC for 35 years and are so entrenched with its power brokers that they vote and support things like TARP. NO more crony capitlaism...no more Orrin Hatch in 2012.

More lies from the Communist led media. Over fifty percent of American don't pay taxes and get federal handouts for not paying taxes. There is a significant number of fake SSI claims, where the paid Democrats work under the table and pay no taxes on the income they're supposed to report to SSI, but don't. A significant underground economy exists, where Democrat thieves continue to escape paying taxes. The Obama bailout created jobs that cost about a quarter of a million dollars each. No way can taxes paid on inflated dollars in bailouts generate realistic revenue. Yet, these jobs can be seen on every roadway in America, where time after time without fail you never see the workers working, but talking. It's free money for losers. The real issues are the demoralization of America by Democrats since the 70s with handouts and entitlements that have bankrupted the nation. They have no plan to identify the cheaters; they put more cheaters on the handout rolls. 3% of the top moneyed people in America now pay more than 50% of the taxes. Some of the taxes are actually double taxes by these people, yet they are the ones capable of creating jobs. The proof of Democrat irresponsibility is seen in the effectively 16% unemployment rate nationally and a 40% unemployment rate amongst Black citizenry.

The answers are not in giving more free money to college entrants, who didn't graduate high school learning to read. This Democrat buying of votes has gone on long enough.
