What is going on in Elizabethtown right now. Approx. 1230pm, October 3rd, 2011. There are police everywhere. Under cover officers and what seems to be the entire force approx. 31W and Ring Road. Never seen so many officers driving at crazy speeds like that around here. What is the deal?? Anyone???
