Only problem I have with post office going awya is that I have to mail 5 payments out a month, and I dont and wont do electronic payments...So if USPS goes away It will cost me triple if not more to send my bills by UPS or FEDEX.... Now it isnt a ton but more is more...Oh and in last 10 years 50% of the time I had stuf sent to me or from me by UPS or FEDEX it either didnt make it on time or was destroyed in route....IF FEDEX AND UPS ARE TO TAKE OVER THEY NEED TO GET BETTER AT GETTING STUFF THERE UNBROKEN AND ON TIME..........

I'll trust the ACTUAL TEXT OF THE BILL, which says NOTHING about pre-funding for 75 years- NOTHING.

The United States Postal Service is self sustaining. There is no budgetary item for the post office services or employees. Their aim is not to make profits it's to provide a citizen service.
Their problem is the retiree funding mandate imposed by Republicans in 2006 after the Nov Midterms. The primary function of the mandate was to destroy the Post Office and jettison their union.
No business in the World pre pays 75 years of retiree health care funding in 10 year increments.
The USPS is a useless pile of shyt just like the administration. Your azz is twisted up around your nose cutting off the oxygen supply. Get a clue skip. The USPS does not operate for profit is well known skippy since they suck bigtime and have been operating in the RED for well over 35 years. Tax money is ALWAYS diverted to prop up this worthless waste of time and money. Wise up.
