I hate to defend Frank but Obama did promise to end DADT.

All the President had to do was NOT appeal the DADT decision.

I personally feel betrayed.

What most people don't understand is, even if Judge Phillip's ruling stands anyone at any time can come and have it overturned. If Congress makes the law and repeals DADT it stands.

Logic, people. If this issue is *done* legally and THEY ARE USING IT, they are using it

for one thing:

One.

Votes.

Pure logic.

Oh, the poster "frank" is TOTALLY right about the DADT stuff. His problem is that he's REALLY, REALLY hell-bent on tooting that one horn that evidences continued, endless hatred of the democrats. I have multiple criticisms to make of the democrats but I don't *hate* them. The huge problem is that people like "frank" WILL. NOT. acknowledge. that they are bett*er* than the republicans.

Not great, but bett*er*.

As has been pointed out on these boards, voting this November is a matter of keeping undesirables *OUT* rather than voting *FOR* anyone who's going to change much of anything. Democrats are WAY too spineless for that type of change, but I'd rather keep ultra-conservatives *OUT*.

You are Sooooo wrong. Nothing could be wost than a democrat. What rock have you been living under? Guess your all caught up in the liberal media machine. Try doing pro's and con's. The rights that you loose with dems. The socialist aspect, the shredding of the constution. A democrat is the most dangerous person for America. Every issue from illegals to public trials for prisoners of war I'm against. Obama came out yesterday and called over 50% of Americans the enemy. Better wise up. If you don't side with obama you are an enemy or a racist. Vote the bums out and save this country. We have one last chance if your sick of the political correctness that is aimed to hurt the majority. My God, when I was a kid we at least had Christmas... come on.

We're on to something here. An all gay branch of the Army, Air force, Marines, Navy, coast guard... we'll just send them in first. Who knows there might be more homosexual muslims that come out on the battle field. Doubt it but it would solve some of our problems.
Can you imagine... we're already a paper tiger with democrats. Add to it an increase in homosexuals in the military. Our enemies would attack just to hear the men scream. I've never seen a homosexual that could strike fear in me enless I was forced to bunk with one and fell asleep first.

Amen, brother. But you know who was an even worse Democrat than Obama? Friggin' George W. Bush! Talk about the shredding of the Constitution! Declaring war on the wrong country, instigating llegal wiretaps on citizens, violating the Geneva Conventions ... dang! And he took that nice economic surplus left us by his hard-working, decent Republican predecessor, Bill Clinton, and slammed this country right into the worst deficit in history.

Of course the gays loved W., the old Democrat! They started gaining the right to marry in this country on his watch. That never would have happened if we'd had a real Republican president in charge. Ain't that right?

You just tell 'em what for, Another! We gotta protect that Constution!

He did not give a time frame or date. As it is the new congress is going to get its but burned.

The senate needs to vote yes on it and the President can sign it into law. You need to do things right for them to work, not just use an executive order that can be changed by the next president.

What's the issue?

Republicans hate gays.

Democrats help gays.

MOST Americans support gay rights.

The choice is clear for EVERYONE.

We constantly complained about the Obama administration and what President Barack Obama has not done for us.

A unanimous author decides to put a stop to the complaints and want us to appreciate all the work that have been accomplished. Therefore the author created a list of what President Obama has done so far in the short amount of time.

Here’s what the unanimous author wrote:
