Boy, I never thought in a million years I'd agree with anything this guy wrote! I would love for us to stop referring to these people as "public servants", as if they have sacrificed a cushy life somewhere else in order to serve the people. Please! They are well-paid, unbelievable retirement/pension plan, healthcare for life, power and influence over the small and mighty alike. Charlie Rangel bleats about dedicating his life to public service - nice work if you can get it!
