Who is this anonymous group "Green Mountain Future" that is running all of the Shumlin ads? Actually, I should say running the anti Dubie ads?

Target did NOT apologize for its actions - there was a semi-apology to employees for making them feel bad about it. They defended their actions. And many of us ARE boycotting them.
