Senate blocks bill repealing $2B in oil tax breaks

The Senate blocked a bill Tuesday that would repeal about $2 billion a year in tax breaks for the five biggest oil companies, a Democratic response to $4-a-gallon gasoline that might fare better when Congress and the White House negotiate a deal later this year to increase the government's ability to borrow.

All repuglyCONS are corporate wh@res! the Dems that voted with the rethugs are pigs, or DINO, too. We need to fire these pigs and have true representatives for the middle class and the poor. No teabaggers, you support the oligarchs and evangelicals, 2 no nos.

dont give tax breaks to american drillers seems to piss you off?obama can give brazil tax dollars to drill and thats okay with you?its okay for george soros to buy into petrobras,an oil co.in brazil,just before obama announces hes giving money to brazil and has since made a ton of money on his investment.soros has spent millions on obama and dems.but you see no connection here do you?you are the blind pig that would rather bitch than check into facts!youre probably too dumb to check into this?thats MI INTELLECT!!!
