If this corporation is indeed capable of maintaining the ongoing businesses as well as the ongoing plans for the oiler construction project then they should be fully supported. Northrop Grumman was, for the most part, simply a management group for the shipbuilding business. They did not add any expertise to the construction plan of any ship. CSG seems to be genuinely involved in the advancement of shipbuilding and the innovation shipbuilding construction and culture. Their business plan reads a bit immature, but they are still in the formative state. I don't think for even a moment that the HQ will remain in Cleveland. Even Northrop Grumman moved their HQ to DC to be close to their customer base, which would be CSGs direction. Newport News will be the logical base for corporate HQ, engineering base and shipbuilding university. The current apprentice school ambition should be the direction of this very important skill building base.
