Nobody accused Bush of blowing up any dams. In fact nobody accused of Bush of doing anything after Katrina. After Katrina he was accused of NOT doing anything. Do you understand the difference?

You forget why? The city and State did not ask for help (feds can't just come in without being asked)... what about those guys.

It is not the same old shit. FEMA and the Corps of Engineers blew up some levies so that country side would flood instead of urban areas. That is doing something. Bush did nothing after Katrina.

After Katrina city government did not exist and the state government was in shambles. So are you saying that Bush intentionally let people die because he had not received the proper paper work? That is worse then doing nothing out of negligence. I didnít like Bush but I would never accuse his of something like that without some pretty strong proof.

You're too stupid to even understand that:

1. The Federal Gov (Bush) declared the area a DISASTER BEFORE THE STORM HIT so that the States could REQUEST HELP the next day.

2. LA.(D) Governor Kathleen Blanco didn't know what that meant and therefore took several DAYS to get Federal Assistance going.
- OUCH!-

Get a clue dummy.

You are such a Moron.

The Federal Gov CANNOT overrun a City/State government unless authorized by the State's Governor.

That's why bush declared the Area a "Fed Disaster Area" before the storm hit dummy!

(D) Gov. Blanco didn't even know what that meant!

Geesh! Why are progressives So Fcuking Stupid?

Yep, there's nothing quite as fun as decommissioning 120,000 acres of prime farmland for generations to come.

No, that blood lies on the governors. Bush offered assistance prior to the storm hitting and it was turned down (Blanco). It's not the president's fault that states are ill-prepared for disasters.

To start with it is not going to decommission anything for generations to come. The Mississippi floods naturally and is the reason for such fertile soil. It was done to prevent cities from going under water. You seem to keep missing that point. But maybe that is because you are just looking for anything you can so cry about Obama.

You're an idiot. Blanco called the White house on the 27th, requesting disaster relief;

States are The states are ill prepared because they were told that FEMA would handle the job so that they would not have to maintain preparedness. So you are saying that Bush intentionally did nothing because he did not receive the proper paper work. The part about Blanco turning down help is a lie.

Did I say anything about Obama, dip? And don't tell me about that farmland. I grew up down there and lived right in the heart of that farmland, and a block from the Mississippi River. It's called scouring; you should look it up, then get back to me about how fertile the land will be because of the intentional flooding.

Scouring only occures where there are strong currents, not over entire flooded areas. As far as not saying anything about Obama, who the F else would you be talking about. You now just trying to play word games that have nothing to do with reality. You must be a Republican.
