Perhaps performance based salaries for teachers. True test scores go up - salaries go up. Like the real world.

How about performance based salaries for Congress and the President? So far BO has not come through on any of his big campaign promises (out of Iraq, more jobs, no more bailouts...)

I think Del. Ward is worried about making headlines and points prior to re-election, not education jobs and students. BTW, Del. Ward, let US worry about our students, you need to worry about bigger things, like spending within your budget and getting our state back on track after the "raising Kaine" years...Oops, sorry that is the Gov's job, but you could surely help.

It is more than Del. Ward's right to be concerned about our students, it's also his responsibility!!!
