This is an absolute shame. I can understand SOME mistakes. The wife's name being omitted on the other side of the headstone is inexcusable! I know this information was given to the cemetery but they chose NOT to put it on the back of the husbands headstone? The computer system is another fault of the govt. How many data bases do they need to get the information correct? Now I need to check out my family members and NOT trust the govt.(I have a lot of cemeteries to go to)and I don't want to go to the cemetery and see this horror! The grief I went through was enough and I still have to live with those memories for the rest of my life!
