I read in the Russellville Courier last week that Senator Mark Pryor was the poorest of the states lawmakers. The article said,U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor, a Democrat, was the poorest member of the states delegation, reporting that he and his family had between $16,001 and $65,000 in two bank accounts. Pryor reported two mortgages valued up to $550,000 as his liabilities. I also have seen the website www.retirepryor.com that says Senator Pryor and his wife may have been taking as much as $24,000 every month from a company that owes the IRS millions of dollars. In 2006, as he did recently, Sen. Pryor declared no outside income. Whats going on? Are the accusations of Pryor using political clout on the IRS true? Sen. Pryor should set the record straight with documentation to clear the air of these accusations.
