My mother is 87 years old and on tweleve kinds of medicine on a fixed income of $900 per month. She would have to quit taking her medicine just to survive. Does Mr. Quinn really want to do this to over 300,000 seniors in Illinois? I just CANNOT believe that he would be able to sleep at night knowing he is the reason these seniors in their final years are going to have to suffer and be without the meds they need to survive. SHAME ON HIM!!!!!!!
