I think the discussion should also examine the potential of starting home mail delivery to areas like Hawaiian Paradise Park 14,000 residents, Orchard land and other densely populated Hawaii Island Puna and Kau districts with a rapidly growing population.

When you factor in that home values increase and opportunity for home bases business come with USPS validation.

Opening a few new post offices in rural Hawaii should be studied with view to stimulating USPS profits and addressing our lagging federal support for a more sustainable rural economy.
