There's been a tsunami of debris washing ashore across the Rio Grande for decades as costs from it continue to pile up.

On one hand, really, that is sooo cool! I would love to go see something, like that floating dock, that washed up on a beach on the west coast, what a one time thing. One can only wonder what will wash up next! The earthquakes were extraordinary and the damage and floating debris has to be a once in a life time experience.
