It wasn't long ago Jorge-Alonso Chehade was facing deportation. But now the deportation of the Peruvian national, who has who is illegally in the country, has been indefinitely delayed.

Stop whining about the illegals. Stop blaming others for ur failures. For once be a human being and think like one. This is America, country of immigrants. We need CIR Bill, so everyone can be accountable who are living here in shadows. And when they will legalized, just think how much surplus funds will come in the economy. They will buy cars, houses and businesses. They r already here, whether u like it or not. So, now is the time they need to pay taxes n contribute towards the economy, as they r already making money. So, stop acting like a snob kids n get with the program. Vote for Comprehensive bill and fix the broken system for once n all. God Bless All.

Apparently you have been living under a rock...they aren't immigrants; they're more like invaders. They drop a few kids, sign them up for free social services, into which they never contributed a dime. They flood our schools and hospitals while never paying for services or their fair share of taxes. If they were to become legalized as you suggest, they would continue to take rather than contribute. You see, they want what we have, without having to make the sacrifices or asserting personal responsibility or self-reliance. Above all, they will not assimilate, nor will they ever be very loyal to the country that will be forced to support them and generations to come. How about you stop acting like this is just a minor problem...

Some where between 12 and 20 million illegal aliens in this country and incidently, I haven't seen any of them living in the shadows, most of them are living openly with their stolen identities.
Surplus funds? Do you think any of those who have family members working jobs and still draw welfare, claim 10 kids on their tax's, obtain section 8 housing, utilize our emergency rooms as their primary doctors, etc. are going to change their life style of theft and fraudulence just because of an amnesty?
We as Americans, many of whom have fought and defended this country from those who would violate our laws, have every right to cry, bitch, scream, whine, etc. if we want too. We all must make the rumble of our voices become the roar that is heard coast to coast. NO AMNESTY!
