More taxation poorly disguised as a benefit for Americans by two more halfwit politicians. Government collects money from businesses and distributes it to the grateful citizens. How about eliminating the middle man (bureaucrats) that will do nothing but add cost to the energy supply, and end this insane idea before it even has legs? This is nothing but a naked attempt by government to grab control of the energy industry while creating a tax stream. These poor excuses for representatives that we keep sending to DC want nothing but to stick their noses in every corner of our lives, tell us how we should live and operate our businesses, and collect money for doing it. All in the name of doing what they say is in our best interests. Maybe we know what is in our best interests, and do not need their assistance. How about replacing these liars and thieves? They are trying to regulate carbon dioxide, a chemical compound that is vital to life on earth! Is oxygen next? The sun? Our founding fathers would recoil in disgust at the lengths to which these sorry politicians will go to fund their extravagance and waste.

I hope to see the oceans rise enough to cover the breakwater.

I drove down Ocean today. The breakwater is still there.
