All companies look for lower taxes. Minnesota won't give it to them?....then it's time to move. And that is not a drawing card to get companies to move INTO minnesota.

Hey I lost my job last year in Moorestown at LM due to MS2 consolidation. When
the whole plant is closing its less painful than to be selected to be layed off, as I was. I got offered, as part of the layoff package "free counseling services" where I could learn about the different stages of grief.
My suggestion to those effected in Minnesota - take the transfer if its offered. I have been out for six months and could easily be out another six. I suspect the job market is only a little better in Minnesota.
Hope the LM stockholders have a Merry Christmas and the CEO continues to get his bonus. That's what's important in America.

Companies know how to "let people go" and minimize the impact of all involved. I worked for LM two days and get the gist of how they operate and quit.

Is sad it has come to the current treatment of employees, guess it's part of becomming a third world nation.

Good luck and there isn't any work in Miserablesota either. Only in Miserablesota the weather SUCKS to!! It's like 10 degrees and windier than snot...

This is just one of many government contractors who will be laying off employees.

The free ride on the back of tax payers is over.
