Yep, try to find an activist judge now to overturn the will of the people. Doesn't that go against the teabagger ethics.

Murkowski, although a Rethuglican, is more moderate and certainly more socially acceptable over this fascist evangelical loser with the halfbaked beard.

She will vote for the repeal of DADT, and will vote with Democrats on some issues, since they have helped her out with winning this.

How is Miss Lisa breaking the law? The law says you must spell the name of the write-in candidate correctly to count the vote. Ms Lisa wants to count any ballot with any kind of mark, and guess the intention of the voter. Follow the law. If you are too stupid to learn how to spell the candidates' name, your vote doesn't count.

Haven't the voters spoken or are you saying they are all fake too?
It is stipulated in Alaskan law that putting fliers on the voting booths and the voting centers showing how to spell her name correctly was illegal..........the judge that allowed it was appointed by her father that used to have the seat. As smart as you seem to be, I would have thought you would have read that by now.

WHY DON'T YOU GO PLAY IN YOUR SAND BOX LITTLE BOY.

NOTICE: Updates to the article are located at the bottom of the page.

Contrary to common perception, and contrary to the notion of Senator Lisa Murkowski that she won the election, the U.S. Senate vote in Alaska has not been certified by the state. And for good reason. A federal judge issued an injuction 2 days ago to halt cerfication due to 'serious issues' raised by contender Joe Miller, indicating that Alaska is possibly not following state law by counting erroneous write-in ballots for Murkowski.

Joe Miller beat Murkowski in the Republican primary. Yet in an arrogant display of sour grapes, she refused to accept the will of the people in her own Party and mounted a write-in campaign. This pitted her against Miller and the Democratic candidate.

Alaska state law is very clear concerning write-in campaigns. In order for votes to count, the name written on the ballot must perfectly match the name submitted by the candidate when he/she files with the state.

This means that mispellings, partial spellings, etc. do not count. Yet state election officials disobeyed the law by allowing such ballots to count.

It doesn't take any recounts since Murkowski won the first time. It's cry-baby Miller who's challenging every ballot.

In other words THERE WERE NO "FLIERS"?

There was a list:

LAWSUIT DROPPED: plaintiffs' attorney Kevin Clarkson said the DOJ has provided a copy of what it approved for the state. That showed the list was valid provided it didn't include party affiliations, rendering the suit moot.

The Supreme Court on Friday held that lists could be provided - in limited cases to meet a voter's needs - but couldn't include party labels.

IN OTHER WORDS, IF THE VOTER WANTED HELP, A LIST THAT HAD IT!

"The list, though, won't include the party affiliation of the candidates on it, and it can only be handed out to those voters who specifically ask for help in voting for a write-in candidate"

http://www.adn.com/2010/10/29/1525676/alaska-...

"The list has grown from one to eight pages, swelled in part by an Anchorage radio talk show host who on Thursday urged people to submit their own names as certified write-in candidates by the Thursday deadline. More than 150 people are now listed"

MORE TEABAGGER BULLSHIT, LOL

But she did not win in the General election. The law states that the name of the write in Candidate must be spelled correctly, and the backward voters that voted for Murkowski didn't learn how to spell her name. Any vote with the named spelled wrong will be disqualified. She knows that, that is why she is fighting the court review.

Well, I think MOST people think a flier is something that you place on a wall or voting booth. NOT an 8 page LIST with 150+ names that you have to ask the poll workers to show you to know the correct spelling of the candidate(which you must know the name of or go through the entire list!), in a write in voting box? Pretty simple, I think!

But you little bitches in the TeaBagger movement have a goal that is different than ALL voters getting their intent known, you ONLY want your, Reich Wing BULLSHIT heard!
