Nothing short of CRIMINAL. Now we have MEDICARE ready to collapse under the weight of Obamacare because the prosecution withheld evidence from Sen. Stevens Team proving his innocence.

His opponent won and then cast the 60th vote for Obamacare and I'm sure, like Pelosi, NEVER read the bill first.

What does this say about democracy in the United States when a sitting United States Senator has evidence that would clear him of wrong-doing, withheld by the "Dept of Justice" to advance a political agenda.
