He's hoping the court rules that anyone stupid enough to think M-U-R-K-O-W-S-K-I (the two most common spelling variations are so darn confusing) spells MILLER..will think they really meant MILLER in the first place.

Maybe he'll get lucky and they'll hand it up to the Supreme Court to make the difficult decision.

Heck, worked for Cheney/Bush in Florida 2000!

Actually, Joe has to pay the costs for the challenge himself. He recieved over a quarter of a million dollars last month for this purpose, and he is still taking donations. Most people do not like the idea you can give a family member your old Senate seat, and then try to keep it by hook, or by crook.

THE LEASE AGREEMENT THE UNITED STATES SIGNED WITH RUSSIA FOR ALASKA HAS EXPIRED A LONG TIME AGO. NOW IF THE AGREEMENT IS ENFORCED RUSSIA WOULD PROBABLY GRANT ALASKA THEIR INDEPENDENCE AS A SEPARATE COUNTRY.

This is the old guard Repubs involvement with this chromosome deficient politician who like so many in the past could not accept defeat so used existing laws to win an election. Remember this when the tea party people use the same laws. and they will as the economy continues to decline. Also remember there are people always lurking that have "all the answers". And they will come to be noticed if we do not wise up.

The challenge was a write-in and the people of Alaska voted.

Perhaps that is "by hook, or by crook" in your shady book!

NOONAN: From Audacity to Animosity...MORE LIKE NARCISISM TO NIPOTISM.

Obama honors Nobel winner with statement about himself...ITíS A WONDER HE DIDNíT GIVE THEM AN IPOD SHOWING HIM GETTING HIS FAKE AWARD.

House Dems reject tax-cut deal...POSTURING FOR THE LUNITIC FRIENGE, by new liberal author Hope They Buy It. All they do is shoot their other foot, and the new congress will pass it anyway. They are so use to pandering to idiots; they donít know how to reason in the real world.

Senate Dems shelve DREAM Act...another campaign promise down the tubesÖÖ........ oops, was that a pun.

No, by hook, or by crook means to refuse to follow the Election law that stipulates the name on the Write In ballot must be spelled correctly. Instead the Murkowski followers insisted on relying on the voters intent. That won't cut it. Miller knows when they toss the ballots with the name improperly spelled, he wins. And well he should!!

It's a wonder they didn't have hanging chads as well..........liberals never win on a level playing field.
