No shyt.

Mountain girl JoJo Shiller knew this would be the outcome- just another waste of taxpayer money and valuable time.

The only thing relevant in a Rethuglican's life is wasting something of value.

What can they say? Lisa stole the seat. The Judge was probably appointed by a friend of her Dadddy's.

No Tony.....we will REMEMBER! Our personal wealth was stolen from us. And if the new repubs that come into office January along with the old guard pseudo repubs sell us out...they will be out in two years hence.

Dear, there was an election - the "we the people" of Alaska voted. And they did not vote for Miller.

Time to move on from the Daddy fixation.

If your personal wealth was stolen, who stole it. Do you think it is the suspect without a dime or do you think it is the suspect who is sitting on top of a mountain of money? What did Deep Throat say?“Follow the money.” All the money seems to be in the hands of the two percent that own the Republican party.

The people voted. Then the obscure rules came into play. Remember as things get worse and they will, those same rules will come into play for other candidates in future elections if we still believe in freedom and you may not like the results. People like Murkowski, Lieberman,McCain, Graham and others are new world order shills, put into office to smooth over passage of bills to indoctrinate us to the world government system. You have seen a few that have been discarded, laughing and chuckling over the last several years. Because they know the real powers that be. In th elast election cycle there were republican primaries that were dirty beyond belief. The repubs looked clean compared to the upstart tea party people as sold to the public by the repub party. I write this because there are stands to be made by real patriots. Freedom in this world is not something given to many. In fact faults lie in the structures of nations that have it. The reason is, that we are not used to it. We are lost with the concept that causes very little fear of an oppressive government. But with the idea that the same government must provide for every lavish lifestyle or personal belief there is, has now brought us to the brink of an oppressive government. In fact it is here. Just done friendly unless you complain in a real loud way. Just try it. In any way.

What obscure rules? You mean the one that says the person with the most votes wins?

In the real election, yes. Remember, to me the economy will continue to decline in real terms. To you it is not that way. People will get more venomous as they have less. I live in the same area as you. My home is worth less then half it was at its peak a few years ago. My taxes have increased during the same time and actually dropped several percent in the last bill received a month ago. My family income is stagnant. The taxes and fees and hidden taxes with insurances and everything else is going up. Especially with those who can not pay at all. Our rights and freedoms are being marginalized. If I get a speeding ticket it is not a slap on the wrist, it is a major payment to a bloodthirsty government needing revenue and it increases my payments to its succubus sister the insurance industry as I must pay increased rates because of a simple offense. Just one example. This system is ready to explode at some point. Those that have screwed me over I remember. But I forgive because the bible tells me to. It does not mean that I can not take advantage of situations available when the times come and they are now in affect as the real wealth declines in America and Florida and central florida. Perhaps the costs of homes will drop 90% like the last depression. But hey...if we are living in a mini ice age, the prices of homes will go up ten fold or more....

C'mon, Joe teabagger. Fight it !!!!!!

Take it to the Supreme Court - and bring along that legal genius, Oily Tits as your counsel. While she is arguing your ... ahem... case, she can bring up that birth certificate thing.

I do not disagree with any of the facts you have just stated. I do think you may be in error in your interpretation of some of those facts. The price of housing around here is about half of what it was at the peak. That however puts it about where it was in 2000 when Bush came into office. Employment and income levels however are both below what they were then so it is possible to see real estate prices drop a few more percentage points but we really should be close to or at the bottom.(in my opinion) Please don’t get me started on traffic tickets. I just paid $130.00 for a broken tail light on my trailer. What frosts my butt is how wage earner income continues to go down as corporations post new record profits and their executives return to record incomes. The insane part is how so many of the people who are truly hurting are supporting the Republicans and the Teapublicans who are openly in the pockets of those same corporations and block every effort to revitalize the wage earning class.

No, the rule about speelling the name of the Write in candidate correctly. I hope he appeals, and makes her sit around in January until every vote is checked for error. We need to start removing the criminal element one candidate at a time.
