Good evening, retardate-alike.
The GOP first termer in question does not object to the "War on Terror." She uncritically uses the term "war" to justify military tribunals, and probably torture.
Your babbling about other non-war wars that only leftists opposed - as the oppose the phrase "war on terror" - has nothing to do with the idiot GOP moron in question.
I know that is too hard for you to follow.
Some scary stuff there in assuming that torture of a terrorist that has critical knowledge of pending plots which means the death of innocents is not warranted. The liberal mind set always throws the rational out that we are so civilized that if we use torture to secure critical info, it only encourages the enemy to torture their prisoners. The reality is that the enemy is going to torture their prisoners regardless of our actions.
We can become so civilized in our actions that we cease to exist.

It has everything to do with it, fleabrain. It proves typical leftist hypocricy. It also has to do with the current moron in chief who can't seem to lead a thirsty dog to a water bowl.

It all seems so very stupid to me.
circumventing the Constitution will do nothing to stop terrorism.
embracing the constitution and treating these eternal detainees with some of that human respect we have become famous for will do more to stop terrorism then bombs, torture, and hate.
To piggy back on what SoS said. The Senate Bill by McCain and Levin would allow the military to hold US citizens merely suspected of affiliation with terrorist to be held indefinitely with out due process. It completely dissolves the Bill of Rights and violates inalienable rights. I really really hope that Obama vetos that bill. Also, this is not a Tea Party/Democrat/Republican thing, its a Liberty and Freedom kind of thing. Democrats/Republicans/Tea Party members oppose Sen. Bill 1867.

That has never happened. You fabricate when you aren't lying outright on purpose.

The United States won't hesitate to prosecute others for torture, as it did regarding waterboarding when the Japanese did it. By your saying torture is okay you're saying the US can no longer do that.

Except you're a complete moron who has no comprehension of what your saying. Or even that the earth is more than 10000 years old. Or that evolution exists. Disgusting ignorance.

Apparently you're saying that all Air National Gaurdsmen around the USA are an embarrasement? Who the hell do you think protects our skies around the coast of America. Hint: It isn't the Coast Guard. President Bush racked up over 700 hours in a very difficult to fly F-102 fighter. He was never AWOL, proven by USA Today and other sources.

The insult to vets happend to be when Clinton spoke at the 50th Anniversary of the D Day invasion. Those vets knew he tore up his draft card and pissed off to England to avoid going in.
Bush volunteered for Operation Palace Alert in Vietnam. Google it, enjoy the crow.
Uh oh, I did google it.
Bush 'inquired' about Palace Alert, but wasn't quailfied due to not having enough training hours at the time, also the program had ended by the time he was.
Of his 625hrs of flight time, 278 were in the F-102 & TF-102
Bush was Honorably discharged, my mistake.(stupid mainstream media)
The Air Guard is fantastic, go Warthogs.

Obama is not old enough to be a draft dodger.

I saw something today about a new defense bill that would allow suspected terrorists to be held indefinately this morning on a news crawl.
Just shoot them for god's sake. Can we just get out of this stupid war on terrorism by Christmas??
Get out of Iraq, bail on Afganistan, Shoot the detainees, forget it all ever happened and get back to being America.

Are you saying he couldn't have joined the reserves or the military....hahahah. Truth is, with all of his communist affiliations he couldn't have past the security clearance by the FBI.

Obama was old enough to join the military at one time. He never even thought about it. Too busy with affirmative action and other freebies getting him through school and figuring out how to hide his transcripts.

Plus the fact as an international student, he would've had to get approval by the state department to join.
