We already HAVE a bunch of nuts running the show. Bipartisanship? "I won" and Demon Pass show how much interest Dems have in bipatisanship. And the "stimulus" and healthSCAM bills? Rammed through (unread and full of garbage) though opposition was nearly 100% and the biils' favorability ratings were under 30%. This Administration is sorely out of touch as are many at the State level. Change is a comin', at EVERY level. Maybe we'll get more responsible and responsive governments than we have now.

That's absolute fiction.

The major tenants of the healthcare and stimulus bills had been debated in full.

Furthermore, the Democrats, while not perfect, are a LOT better than the Republicans who ran the country into the ground prior to handing off the worst state of the nation in nearly a hundred years.

You want "responsible" gov't by going backwards 2 years because of your xenophobia and religiosity...and let's not pretend otherwise.

The healthSCAM was debated - by Dems, with Repubs specifically excluded. Except for the few kickbacks/payoffs involved. The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, etc. EVERY Repub Amendment was rejected. Every attempt at public debate was rebuffed.

The rest is tripe and unworthy of response.
