I am stunned at the one sided attitude and slanted version that this state has taken in this case. The cover up of a bully rogue cop and Floyd being glorified as a hero!!! This guys history with the police makes Liko look like a kid in the sandbox. Liko has become the only villian. All of these men did the wrong thing that night. The treatment of the passenger in Kenney's car is a disgrace to our police officers. The police are supposed to protect the community but who is protecting the community from the police.

I used to be so proud of being from NH and now I am ashamed. It is a sham from the highest level down to the civilian.

I agree with you 100%.
My family knew Liko's family. They know all about the past shared between these two men. McKay sexually mollested Liko for years...and the Franconia Police forced these people not to speak. I doubt this information will ever be brought to light, though i hope that's not the case.

Thank you for making me feel like I am not the only one out there who feels this way...

I am a 23 year old female. I was beaten by the Lincoln, NH cops one night... skirt up and all, just because I was complaining about the pollution given off by the fireworks.

It's a damn shame.

I am from Lincoln myself and you are a liar. You were drunk and disorderly and creating quite a scene. Not to mention your potty mouth. You need to learn how to behave when you are out in public especially when there are many small children present. You are a very poor role model for young adults. You are however a poster child for: How a self respecting moral young woman should never act in public. Your skirt was up by your own doing. If the polution factor bothers you so much then why were you there watching the fireworks?

I've not seen Floyd glorified at all. I've seen him dragged through the mud by the press, Dave Kenney, and others. Where are you seeing any glorification? I'd love to read it.

“You are no writer with verses no one reads.”

Mr. King, since you cannot file or present things to the court other than your own civil complaints and cannot act on the part of others in court, what licensed lawyer are you employing? I sincerely hope that you at no time solicited those “affidavits” for your RSA-91A lawsuit from anyone, because you are not licensed to do so – thus it could lead to something far worse than suspension, if that were to be the case. What does that mean? That means if at any time you approached someone or did a mass call for testimony and told people of your lawsuit and requested that they join in under your civil lawsuit, you have committed a crime. I have to wonder if asking people online to fill out sworn statements for your RSA-91A complaint against Law Enforcement, the Attorney Generals’ Office and the Franconia Select Board fall under this heading.

You claim to be a citizen advocate who does not live within the Franconia community. In fact, you do not live in Grafton County. So whom are you advocating for beside yourself and Kingcast? What are you advocating and on what citizens behalf? As a citizen advocate and supposed former Assistant AAG in another state prior to your suspension from the practice of law and your being a NAACP Legal Chair (phone referral clerk—since you could legally do little else) with a passion for the First Amendment and civil rights, why do you so readily dismiss injustices to other citizens such as Mr. Floyd and then, yourself, falsely accuse and malign that citizen? Do you only advocate for the killers of policeman who also died during their crimes? Or is it that you only advocate for those that you claim are your brother (even if you have never met them)?

Regarding the Right to Know laws…I am curious in regard to your fervent Right to Know pursuit. Every citizen, absolutely every citizen, has a right to request information under Right to Know laws (RSA-91A in NH, but the laws vary from state to state). However, in making ones Right to Know request and receiving any information in response to that request, it does not give any citizen the right to disseminate or make public what one received, especially if doing so is violating another citizens’ rights. Are you seeking these materials in a malicious attempt to incite fear within the community by making public information and materials that violate another citizens’ rights? Are your claims true or slanted and cut and pasted to show the points you wish made, regardless of lack of truth? Just because you have a right to know does not mean you have a right to everything you ask for because in the United States of America, even with all the local, state and Federal Right to Know laws and the Freedom of Information Acts, not every citizen has a right to know absolutely everything that they want to know. I believe in Right to Know laws.

I’d like to know your solutions and those of the “Franconia Collective” beyond the obvious citizen review boards or broader dissemination of Right to Know information via the Internet (libel worldwide) and your quest to recoup the of costs to date of all your requests and filings. Aren’t others making donations for these? If there are donations, are you licensed or registered to receive said? If you are getting loans, is there paperwork? In fact, you are suing the very people you claim to be advocating for—the citizens of Franconia, Grafton County and the State of New Hampshire.

In regard to your Justice For Kids blog, have you considered that some of those children could wander into your main blog and see horrid language and tactics that border on the criminal (libel)? Is it [Justice for Kids] only for offering your horrible examples that you can climb all over someone else’s civil rights—while claiming that you are standing up for the rights of a others (like a dead cop killer)? Is this the example our youth needs? I think not. You cannot prop up rights for one while climbing all over the rights of others. Do you teach your hatred and suspicion of authority to youth? Is more hatred and suspicion what is needed? Do we need more instances of ways for youth to get around doing what is right and ways to “work the system?” Does everyone need to know how to “spin” events and is that what you are teaching or is it that you just teach the feeling of being above the law? I’ve seen the kind of things and ways that you try to “school” others. Practice is the best instructor. Good examples of good acts offer paths that raise people up. Bad Examples and usury go to the lowest common denominator and can lead to more crime and more tragedy.

Lies are not proof. To make statements and have anyone follow blindly behind to attest to those lies is social zombie-ism. To use lies, half-truths, innuendo and name calling negates any fact or truth you might wish to put forward. Others’ have said this here on Topix and it is very true – any good work you could have done regarding civil review boards and devising a fairer and more inspective complaint system for the town of Franconia has been drowned out by your self-aggrandizements, demeanor, half-truths, name-calling and lies. That said, people do make mistakes and hopefully have the courage to admit them. Lying to cover up holes in your own arguments is, or can be, misleading, felonious and detrimental to any truth being sought. Example: When you and others said that the Littleton Courier does not list crimes in Franconia—only in Easton, Bath, Lisbon, Sugar Hill, Bethlehem and Littleton. They post Franconias’ arrests and the court results in EVERY ADDITION as those events occur.

I'll be short with this because that is all you deserve:

1. I am a duly-licensed notary and even though I did not notarize these statements they came to me from individuals who are concerned about their community.

2. A civil rights activist need not live in the specific community in which they help. I guess you probably look at Ghandi and King as outside instigators too. I live in the same damn state 2 hours away, dude. Spare me. By your rationale someone concerned in Selma had no business being in Huntsville. What a stupid thing for you to sayl.

3. I have always had a connection with the North Country since I moved here and skied at Cannon all the time and was going to Tamarack before Kelly and her jackbooted thugs intervened and wasted some tax dollars.

Watch the movie, dude.

It don't matter where I'm from; what matters is where the locals are coming from.

Duh.

DTRT...I always keep an open mind and have watched Mr. King's video. I like to see ALL points of view to be able to make good decisions about issues and events. I like to think we can all learn from one another. While I may not appreciate how Mr King comes across at times he is passionate about what he does whether we agree or disagree.

Life is a learning and if you don't try and understand where other people are coming from you stay under your dark little rock and turn into a mushroom.

PS. Hearsay is never a good thing. Watch the commercial and make a decision based upon your own personal observances. In my opinion, some of it was good and some a bit over the top but it was a learning and I took something away from it.

It is good to have an open mind. I however, consider the source, Kingcast, and quite seriously am sickened that a huckster, lawyer-wanna-be, fine scofflaw who might have honestly left the state of Ohio to avoid prosecution for failure to pay court imposed fines of thousands of dollars is preaching the law.

Then why don't you shut the hell up over him you grandiose, pompous arrogant lying fool. I am sick and tired of your lame posts. You have the nerve to trash King while standing up for Floyd? I don't believe you know the Floyd's AT ALL. You are doing this for someone else - one of your buddies (state official). You aren't fooling anyone. You are the fraud that is trying to sell snake oil to people. You post here all day long for attention from others. You think you sound smart? You don't. You sound like an idiot and anyone attempting to have rational interaction with you is wasting their time.
