Send the town a boatload of our own prisoners. They need to send the Gitmo prisoners back to Afghanistan with homing beacons in their teeth for later sentencing.

I say send the prisoners to the white house, there's plenty of rooms, security, activities and other criminals already live there, they will feel right at home.

Yea, move enemy combatants to American soil and an army of lib lawyers are ready for fame and fortune at OUR expense. I can't think of a more-stupid idea. As soon as the plain touches ground, their status will change, at-least many will rashionalize it. And once it happens, there's no going-back; you can't put this sh1t back in the donkey.
Also, while the jail may be available, who do you think is going to PAY to feed, clothes, and even educate these animals? YOU and ME!
What-ever happened to hanging?; Sadom Husan's own people thought it was right for him.

They want to reach their version of "heaven" and I believe that we are interfering with the practice of their religion by letting them live off US tax payer money (remember we eat pig and are infidels!).

You're on to something. The prisoners need to be kept out of the US for constitutional reasons, not security reasons. If this jail was to be used to house the GITMO detainees, what needs to happen is to make the jail a federal "district" like DC or hand it over to the local Indian nation as part of a modified treaty agreement, then pay the Indian nation to house the detainees.

If the Jail has an airstrip, the detainees could be flown into the Indian nation property without any of the detainees ever stepping foot on US soil, therefore they'd not be "people" in the US, with US rights afforded to them.

But, I'm not a lawyer. However, I thought for the purpose of creative articulation, that this was a concept worth adding to the discussing.

Richard, your idea about flying them "into" is BRILLIANT!
Put them all on a plane operated by remote control and fly them into some old structure (building) to be demolished, maybe Chernobyl. Probably not as good as hanging, but more 'poetic justice'.

I'm sorry, but I get your "sense" of humor, but I don't condone government sponsored criminal activity. Do you know why, I can't stand stinking, lying cops. Therefore, if you want stinking lying cops to do this thing, great.
