Yes i think that the speed limit should be change but not for the golf carts but for our children 25mph is still to fast if a child were to run out in the road you would not be able to stop I think in the res area the speed limit should be 15

25 MPH is just fine if the drivers would do it and not faster or slower and drive like they had some sense. Golf carters should just pull over, in a safe area, so that cars can get past them.
Simple solutions.

We do not need a golf cart lane, we need to drive the speed limit, and be alert, especially on weekends when there are more people in town and more golfcarts, walkers, bikers and all the rest competeing for road space.

Just look out for the other guy and be aware.

bicycles have the right to be on the road. Bicycles have to follow rules ie stop signs ,speed limit and use hand signals.there are not supose to go against traffic and its illegal to pass one on a one lane road .why not golf carts they travel at about the same speed. A car is way more dangerous they force golf carts an bikes of the road like they own the whole road.go back to your driver licence book and reread it

WHEN THE VA STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS PERMIT IT, AS THEY DO WITH BIKES AND MOPEDS UNDER 49CC OR IF THE COURSE IS PRIVATE PROPERTY WHICH MOST ARE GO AHEAD HAVE AT IT IM SURE THE DAMAGE WOULD COST YOU A PRETTY PENNY TO RESOD AND REPAIR
