Man deported 11 times caught again
Mexican man arrested on drug trafficking charges in Arizona
UPDATED 10:52 AM EDT Jul 18, 2013

A Mexican man deported 11 times for entering the United State illegally was caught once again, this time on suspicion of drug trafficking.
Daniel Jupa-Fino, 21, of Sonora, Mexico, was taken into custody after fighting with the two officers at a truck stop in Eloy, Ariz.
Jupa-Fino was one of two men in a car chased by a Pinal County deputy Tuesday afternoon. The car was traveling west and when the deputy tried to pull it over it crossed into the eastbound lanes before stopping suddenly, Phoenix TV station KPHO reported.
Deputies said two men fled from the car and were chased into a nearby trailer park, where the passenger, 19-year-old Felipe Gonzalez-Tempura, was captured.
Jupa-Fino was found at a nearby gas station and taken into custody after a brief fight, KPHO reported.
Deputies told the TV station they found 220 pounds of marijuana worth more than $165,000 in the car, which was seized by authorities along with the drugs.
Both men are charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and transportation of marijuana.

Hmmm, now lobbyists are being given the right to talk the Republicans into backing this travesty of a bill. Remember when BO boasted that there would be no place for lobbyists in his adminsitration??? Caught in yet another of his far too many lies.

Don't reward illegal actions.

There are STILL plenty of people waiting in a LEGAL line to enter the USA.

Giving the children of illegals the ability to gain citizenship should be held in abeyance until the ANCHOR BABY law is abolished.

As long as the ANCHOR BABY law is in effect, there will be CONTINUAL PROBLEMS with illegals entering the USA, having children, who then become the "dreamer kids".

It's a NEVER ENDING activity.

Do NOT grant immediate citizenship to those whom have children on our soil.

Follow Switzerland's lead!

Yep!! You got that right!!

Ordinary citizens get arrested for minor situations yet those who llegally entered the country are allowed to RUN FREE!!!

Something is DEFINITELY WRONG with this picture!

Yup; enforce the laws already in place. We need to overturn Reagan's policies of letting millions into the nation to flood the labor pool. That is not the only Reagan policy that needs to be ended.

I don't know how conservative Reagan was or because he had an R next to his political affiliation. But he had a city full of RINOS/NEO CONS with him. That includes George Bush Senior and a whole bunch more. Reagan with his flaws got worn down by the Washington scum. Stop overlooking the PROGRESSIVE scum who have done their handiwork like a twisted artist on bad drugs. You could have done it better. But you took no warnings as the agenda must win out. This empire has tough choices to make the next couple of decades or so. The cracks are getting wider in city, local and regions and will grow further. Loyalties change when money is not there. Every avenue of trying to build the wealth back up has been thwarted by insane policies. Lets see how many people will suffer before they have enough.

where's the logic of approving an open amnesty where you don't know the exact numbers that would be approved?

the liberals keep pushing a number of 11 million illegals. but that number has been used for the last 15+ years.

even more problematic... how will you be able to confirm who is actually eligible when these people have no records to show?

imagine what would happen if 100+ million non-citizens apply for the open amnesty?

there are over 6+ billion people in the world who would be eligible for an open amnesty.

and many of them would try even though they are not even remotely eligible. they would obtain falsified documents. submit them. and hope the idiots who administer the amnesty miss them.

and when you have 100+ million applying.. for sure, there will be mistakes made. right?

better to just enforce current laws.

that's what should have been done in the first place.

Reagan opened the doors, and stopped enforcement of the laws already on the books. He acted like a dictator, ignoring the law, and destroying our economy. Obama is just as bad by refusing to end those policies. Let's not forget who started it, and we need to remember both parties are complicit in the destruction of the middle class.

It was, except for Fox News who for years claimed the best economy ever, in spite of massive unemployment, falling wages, elimination of benefits, and closing of thousands of factories. When Obama became president, they immediately changed their tune.

Perhaps you heard about it? More than 100% of the growth of the nation in the past 30 years went to a few rich people, those who work, got less and less and a lower standard of living. Perhaps you have relatives who aren't doing as well as before Reagan. Perhaps you have neighbors who can't even pay their mortgage payments and have gone into foreclosure. Perhaps you used to have friends who used to have jobs but don't anymore. Perhaps you have driven past areas that used to be centers of manufacturing which now have sign after sign that says: "For Lease." Perhaps you heard about cities who have lost so much of their tax base that some are even filing for bankruptcy.

Take a look at the demographic data how how many people are working. The latest from the labor dept might say unemployment is like 7 something percent, but look further. Look at how many people should be available for work, and how many are actually working. That will put the number near 40%. The GOP is fond of saying that 47% of the people cannot find jobs that pay enough to buy food, shelter and pay taxes. If you make less than that, you don't really have a job. I could go on, but I hope you are getting the point.
