Irrespective of the content of the article, the takeaway from the headline is that the partisanship is between true conservatives and the ilk of McCain and the rest of the liberals in the Senate. Hold the line, conservatives; don't become more McCains.

Yep, John-boy (McCain), it ain't the 'good ol boyz club' anymore when politicians acted for their self-interest.

Don't you just 'hate it' when some people 'emotionally' believe/hope that their President is doing something good for them and cling to their beliefs; while others are willing to use their heads and fight for the TRUTH and FREEDOM for the American people!!

Emotions vs reality can sure separate the crowd.

As opposed to not holding the line and doubling the national debt and welfare rolls every 4 years like we're doing now.

Establishment politician crying. Or holy sh&t my job security is in jeopardy.

Does he mean there aren't as many back smoke filled room deals made? Tougher to sneak/deal/negotiate stuff into the fine print of a bill?

That some legislatures have more loyalty to their constituents and constitution than their colleagues from the good old boy network?

Oh the humanity.

I thank John McCain for his service but it's time to make it mean something by letting the process/s play out.

When you have the head negro in charge things will go bad. blacks generally cause division among people. Their side or no side.
A racist like king obama has already proven he IS the head negro in charge. No matter what people think or want.
My way or the highway is their mentality. This will all come back to bite them and I hope it bites back hard. Take your 200 years and stick where the moon doesn't shine.

You must be using 'progressive' math, because the federal government spent nearly 3.5 trillion dollars this fiscal year.

Yes, but over 2.5 trillion of those dollars were already paid out....leaving a fiscal deficit of less than one trillion....

So then, progressively speaking of course, the national debt is decreasing, or at least not growing. Google 'national debt clock' and then get back to us.

NEWS FLASH:

Teabaggers aren't "conservative".

Just because Rannity and Limbaughtomy claim they are and teabaggers repeat their "opinion" doesn't make it so.

Poor teabagger.
