My deductible is $150/yr with ZERO annual premium.

I enjoy it very much.

It most certainly does have a direct correlation to Odumbocare. Meds are part of the fabric of healthcare.

So you are saying that clinical trial conducted by pharmaceuticals are part of Obamacare? Obamacare is about health insurance you dummy. This is private enterprise working on their products with the FDA in attendance. Someday the protocols they come up with will be implemented if found effective. Nothing to do with Obamacare.

[QUOTE who="CBOW"]<quote d text>
Did you ever wonder why there are so many ads on TV for attorneys who file litigation against the pharmaceutical companies. Drugs must pass the FDA approval. Now who do you suppose is sitting in one the Meetings? Spokespeople for the pharms. The bottom line, the FDA and the pharms are in cahoots and the populace are their guinea pigs and money cows. Any way you slice it, it's corruption at it's highest. Here is an interesting tidbit...Primatene mist was an over the counter inhaler for asthma. The FDA and a medical panel of doctors decided it wasn't healthy, along with the politicians agreement to take CFCs off the market (which was the propellent). The doctors claimed that ephedrine (epinephrine) was bad for you, yet they allowed another company to put out an inhaler with that very component in it. What a load of BS, all so the doctors could write a prescription for a less effective inhaler. Nice, who needs healthcare when you have doctors and the FDA to mess up your health?
Stuff like this makes me think you are drinking...you're just all over the place rambling. Your beef seems to be with American medicine in general not Obamacare.

Single payer would be far more cost effective. Private insurance charges 20% to administer health care. Medicare does it for less than 10%. You just love making insurance companies rich don't you.

Someone should look into the possibility that some of the judges may have been bought, Roberts in particular.

Not my problem you can't understand the difference between "taxing authority" and a "tax".
Either way, it's never getting repealed.
Obama has done a real good job on you SHEEPLE! Obama Care IS a tax whether you agree with it or not. As far as being repealed, the bill passed ISN'T the same bill being enforced so don't hold your breathe about it not going away!!! Time will tell!

You don't seem to understand what is going on. Cruz and the Teaparty have severely wounded the Republicans. The voters will make them pay in 2014. The last 2 years of Obama's presidency are going to be like the First 2 years. Democrats are going to be in the majority of the House and Senate. Thanks Rafael.

Nope, it's NOT a tax, whether you agree with it or not.

I fully expect the ACA will be modified & improved over the years, just like every other government program.

Even the Teabagging GOPasaurs have admitted once the ACA is fully implemented, it will be impossible to get rid of it.

That's why they're fighting so hard to stop it before it starts.

Too late.

Yep, the Teabaggers are the gift that just keeps on giving!

They cost the GOPaurs the Senate in 2010, and the presidency & senate in '12 as well.

Now they're handing the House back to the Dems in '14.

One almost wonders if they're secretly Dems- or like in the Missouri Senate race financed by Dems!

What you don't understand is Obama has gotten EVERYTHING he has wanted. Obama care, stimulus bills, bailouts, tax increases, Ledbetter Act, Dodd-Frank , debt increase, QE and the Republicans kicked EVERYTHING down the road. If the Republican party WANTS to stay the opposition party they had better NOT cave on this one. If they do Obama will have one party rule for the last 2 years,(God help us) if they don't Obama will be a lame duck for his last 2 years in office almost like he has been for the last 3 years(one can only hope)!! Republicans holding the line will help more then it will hurt!

This is why we have a very narrow window to get rid of it! Name a government program that has come in under budget and has NEVER been repeals once the benefits started? There is a better way BUT Obama care ISN'T it! The sooner you realize how bad this is, the better!

No they didn't. The elitist Repubs did not want to lose any power. They infiltrated the tea party anyway. The progressive Dems were scared. Still are. Watching the media on both sides of the aisle destroying novice men and women running for office without the vetting by the two major elitist controlled parties was disheartening. The best you will ever see from the Repub side as it presently stands is RINO/RINO NEO CON/NEO CON. You get the same direction from the progressive Dems. Otherwise, as an example we would be gone from the strife in the middle east if the president was a true man of peace.
