Good old Whynot Minot. The blizzaard capital of the world. An Air Base with one of the highest re-enlistment rates in the country. Assign someone to Minot and they will re-enlist just to move to another location. Had to be an Arizona Company doing the work. Just not enough permanent residents in Minot that can stand to work outside.
