Senate wants details from VA on claims backlog
The Senate voted Thursday to demand a status report from the Veterans Affairs Department about efforts to reduce the backlog of almost 900,000 benefits claims.

Well glad to see this is getting 'attention' but they really had to vote on this to make it a bill? Vs what? More delays in voting? And now that this is passed, what will the next delay be? A essay on what the govt is doing wrong? Are we in high school again? Do we need to make the class president make a decision for all concerned?
What does it take to move forward with these problems? More sick veterans? No wonder the suicide rate is so high! No wonder all the PTSD claims. Waiting for disability money and claims to be evaluated creates more anxiety and horrors.
Keep the stupidity coming Washington...! Let's vote on why congress and the VA can't do their jobs.
