"The thing we need to do is keep Richmond from becoming a Washington, D.C."

Smartest think Mark Warner ever said.

The last thing we need is Democrats in control. Look what it has done to the country since they have been!

Lets put the republicans in control and we'll get what they have in Mississippi, Ohio, Indiana.....ala telling women you will have that baby regardless of incest, rape, etc, tell women they can't freely get health checks. tell women they can't use birth control, ban in-vitro fertilization, deny voting by instituting inane registration laws.

What was done to country was really magnified during the last administration. Billions of dollars gone and over four thousand brave young men and women died because of a lie. Yeah right, put the republicans in charge.

I hope the republicans win the senate, we'll see if they will raise taxes or not. VDOT, is the # 1 sacred cow that needs to be whittled down to size, they waste too much tax payer money on twice a year paving jobs over the same roads that doesn't need it.
Something to do with keeping their buddies in the paving business.
Yeeeeehaw, VDOT will run outta money in 5 years unless the republican controlled GA come up with a hefty jump in new taxes.
Yeah, lets see how they handle the deficit without Washington's help, yeah, lets see.

LOL I also voted this morning. Funny thing is that there were NO DEMOCRATS RUNNING! All unopposed!!!

I voted Republican all the way. The Democrats didn't even bother to run anyone!!!!

I am a Democrats worst enemy, a Republican voter who hasn't missed an election since I turned 18.

"Republicans are poised to effectively control state government in Richmond"

http://www.wtvr.com/news/wtvr-balance-of-powe ...

"If Reeves wins, that would put the Republican/Democrat split at 20-20 in the Senate, with Republican Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling left to break any potential ties."

"The Reeves/Houck race may not be over though. The vote tallies will be reviewed on Wednesday by local electoral boards. None of the results in any of the races are official yet."

LOL So much for Dangerous Dick Saslaw's claim!

Only time will tell. Perhaps Virginia has rid themselves of socialist control finally!
