Virginia! I am surprized that this Congress would choose Virginia, why not Mississippi, or Alabama, or Georgia! Is it foul play to close the Home of so many Navy entrants....Governor, this is an outcry of why! I have set my sights on Virginia, because it has potential, an much to offer in the distance for those who like to have seasons! I am outside Virginian Congressman, and I do not like what I am hearing about JFCOM! You have a neutral ground away from both the north and the south...and not much said that causes a stir about the people or the investments! I view your state as the "state that can filter freedom for many across this USA! Beautiful landmarks and more! If this command can train what most of us grew up with to fight each other, and compete, than the whole country should be outraged unless, there is more cause as to why they selected this state of Yours, and many Virginians...How about a "petition against the closing of JFCOM!" Who is in fear of its purpose?

JFCOM has met and out lived it's usefulness as an independent command. SECDEF is making a smart decision on closing it and redirecting its remaining positives back in to the individual branches and other commands for full use. As for the Hampton Roads area, it's time to quit taking military realignment personal. Local 7 City leaders should have been looking for realistic avenues to develop their respective economies a long time ago. The military gravy train is starting to leave the station...more to follow sooner than later!!!
