As you should well know we have the high incarceration rate in the U.S. because we have a minority population that can't seem to understand what it takes to live in a civilized society and insist on continuing to break the law. They are not in prison because they were model citizens. I call for even more enforcement even if it means locking up 99.9 percent of them at whatever the cost. Either they get the message or stay in prison for the rest of their sorry lives. Now you might not think that is PC to do. But it does get the scum off the street. The choice is theirs. Obey and follow our laws of society or go to prison. You can't say that some black exercising their freedom of choice on their behavior is racism by whitey can you? It's a black thing.

They need Federal Legislation making the selling of Illegal Drugs or the making of them or the transporting of them the Automatic Death Penalty. As for child molesters and child rapists the same type of law, the Death Penalty.

Common sense would say you do the crime do the time, and as for death row time to clean house start with folks that have been there the longest and every other night another one gone until we get down to a year on the row.

MARCAURELIUS--Man my respect for you grows every day. You are really beginning to impress me. I get so tired of hearing about "liberals and conservatives" how about what is right. Many of the people in the city farm and local jails were put there for possesing an herb not a hard drug but an herb. I would rather put killers rapist and yes child offenders in the jail. Jim Webb is a good man and a smart man much more literate than that Texas nut thats in the oval office now. Also Sen. Webb had nothing at all to do with the rediculous Judge in NN. Va. that suspended 45 year sentence of a child molester now talk about someone needing to be in jail!!!
